What affects the price

• Number of integrations — Each tool connection (CRM, calendar, email, database, ERP) adds scoping, authentication, and testing. One integration vs. five is a meaningful difference in build time.
• Number of channels — Deploying to web chat is straightforward. Adding SMS, Telegram, Slack, and email each need separate connectors and message routing.
• Workflow complexity — A bot that answers questions is simpler than one that runs a multi-step process with validation, approvals, and structured output.
• Knowledge base size — RAG setup (searching your documents) adds indexing, chunking, retrieval tuning, and accuracy testing. A few PDFs vs. thousands of documents is a different scope.
• Ongoing support — Post-launch monitoring, updates, and iteration billed at consulting rate. Most clients do a small monthly block of hours.
