ADAM NORMANDIN

Tower technician, crew lead, and AI systems builder based in Plymouth, NH. I build practical automation tools for businesses that need software to solve real operational problems.

Work
Profile

I started in telecom tower work, trained at Southeast Lineman Training Center in 2018, and was recruited by Ericsson out of that program.

Over five years I worked across wireless infrastructure with Ericsson, Velex, Centerline, Onsite, and Aerus — moving into lead and foreman roles during the 5G, C-Band, and FirstNet build cycles.

Tower work isn’t a clean career ladder. It’s dangerous, physical, and inconsistent — an industry held together by subcontracting, tight timelines, and boom/bust cycles. The pay and stability rarely matched the risk, but it taught me to stay calm under pressure, take responsibility for a crew, work safe, and pay attention to details that can kill you if you miss them.

When the build cycle slowed, I made a deliberate pivot into AI and automation work in 2024. That background shapes everything I build: useful systems for real work, not hype.
