About

Who builds these systems and why it matters.

Adam Normandin

I build custom AI agents and automation for businesses. Not the kind where you get a pitch deck and a timeline measured in quarters — the kind where we talk on Monday and you have something working by Friday.

Before I did this full-time, I worked in manufacturing engineering and telecom construction. I've written work instructions, managed BOMs, dealt with supplier quality issues, generated closeout packages, and sat through enough meetings about "digital transformation" to know that most of it goes nowhere.

That background matters because the AI I build isn't generic. When a manufacturing client asks for a DFM review bot, I know what DFM actually means — wall thicknesses, draft angles, undercuts, material flow. When a telecom company wants automated work packages, I know what a tower scope looks like and what their QC team is going to reject.

How I work

You talk to me directly. There's no sales team, no account manager, no project coordinator. I scope the work, I build it, I deploy it, and I support it. My phone number is on every page of this site because I actually answer it.

Every project starts with understanding your actual workflow — not your org chart, not your tech stack wishlist, your actual daily workflow. Where does information get stuck? Where do people re-enter data? Where do mistakes happen? That's where AI goes first.

I build focused, working systems fast. Most v1 builds ship in under two weeks. We iterate from there based on what you actually use, not what looked good in a requirements doc.

What I don't do

  • I don't resell ChatGPT with a custom skin and call it a product
  • I don't build PowerPoint strategies that sit in a drawer
  • I don't require six-month contracts before writing a line of code
  • I don't pretend AI can do things it can't — if something isn't ready, I'll tell you

The technology

I work with the leading AI model providers — OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) — and choose the right model for each use case based on capability, cost, and speed. Everything is custom-built with code, not no-code drag-and-drop tools that break when you need them to do something real.

All builds use API-based model access, which means your data is processed but not stored or used for training. For sensitive environments, on-premise deployment is available.

Industries

Deep expertise in manufacturing and engineering and telecom construction. Also building AI-powered payment systems using stablecoins for businesses that want their agents to transact autonomously. The AI consulting and strategy work applies to any industry — see how it works and pricing.

Location

Based in New Hampshire. Work with clients across the US. Everything is remote — the AI doesn't care where the server is, and neither do I.
